 KISS is an American hard rock band that was formed in New York City, USA in 1973. The group has performed and recorded continuously sice its formation. KISS has sold over 100 million albums worldwide and have 45 gold albums to date and has certified sales of 19 million records in the US.

  In Canada, the term 'Canadian Bacon' is not used. The cut of meat from the loin is referred to as 'Back Bacon'. In Southern Ontario, 'Peameal Bacon' as it is referred to there is a similar product, however it is not smoked but is rather set in a brine.

  The trade winds coming from the north and the south meet near the equator. These converging trade winds produce general upward winds as they are heated, so there are no steady surface winds. This area of calm is known as the Doldrums.
