Search Engine Optimization (SEO) is the process of increasing the quantity and quality of traffic to your website through organic search engine results.

What does SEO do to your website?

 Let's try to understand SEO better:-

  • Quality of traffic- You can attract all the visitors in the world if your content is useful and interesting for them, but if they are coming to site because Google tells them you're a resource for Apple computers when really you're a vendor selling vegetables, that is not quality traffic. Instead you want to attract those visitors who are genuinely interested in products that you offer.
  • Quantity of Traffic- Once you'll have the right customers or visitors clicking from those search engine results pages (SERPs), more traffic will drive you higher revenue therefore making your website a top ranking results for queries.
  • Organic Results- Ads make up a significant portion of many SERPs. The traffic that you don't have to pay for are known as organic traffic.
